Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst
with strong technical skills in
SQL, Tableau, and Python
. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions, generate meaningful insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business, product, and operations teams to understand analytical requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using
SQL
to support reporting, insights, and strategic initiatives.

Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using
Tableau
to communicate insights and trends to leadership.

Use
Python
for data analysis, automation, and building analytical workflows or models (when required).

Perform root cause analyses, identify business performance drivers, and develop actionable recommendations.

Support KPI development, performance tracking, and business reviews through structured reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions and process improvements.

Present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Experience:

2–7 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.

Proficiency in
SQL
for data querying and transformation.

Hands-on experience with
Tableau
for dashboard development and data visualization.

Working knowledge of
Python
for analytics, automation, and data manipulation.

Strong understanding of business metrics, analytical problem solving, and storytelling with data.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with product analytics, operations analytics, or financial/business reporting.

Knowledge of statistical methods or basic predictive modeling.

Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or data warehousing tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
