The ideal candidate should be well-organized, good at communication, and capable of handling both HR operations and executive-level coordination responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain personnel files and handle HR-related correspondence.</li></ul><ul><li>Support payroll preparation and staff coordination.</li></ul><ul><li>Draft HR notices, circulars, and maintain office discipline.</li></ul>Personal Assistant Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative and secretarial support directly to the Director.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for the Director.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle official correspondence, emails, and calls.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li></ul><ul><li>Smart, well-groomed, and disciplined personality.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience in HR or as a Personal Assistant will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Gender Requirement:Female Candidate OnlyJob Type:Full-time (On-site)Location Preference:Candidates from Guwahati or nearby areas will be preferred.Job Type: PermanentPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Rehabari, Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Women Candidate ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR sourcing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
