Role OverviewWe are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong 3D design and modeling experience to help shape and scale Axys&rsquo; visual identity across products, marketing, and brand touchpoints. This role requires a designer who is equally comfortable with clean, minimal 2D design and immersive, high-impact 3D visuals.You will work closely with founders, product teams, and marketing to translate complex financial concepts into refined, modern, and aspirational visual assets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-quality 2D visual assets for digital channels (web, social, presentations, pitch decks, UI marketing assets)</li><li>Create 3D models, renders, and visual concepts for products, cards, environments, and brand storytelling</li><li>Develop visuals for product launches, campaigns, and brand announcements</li><li>Maintain and evolve Axys&rsquo; brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands</li><li>Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing, and product teams to ensure visual consistency</li><li>Prepare production-ready assets for digital and print use</li><li>Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high design standard</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>5+ years of experience in graphic design, with demonstrable 3D design/modeling work</li><li>Strong proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent</li><li>Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition</li><li>Ability to create clean, premium, and modern visuals suited for fintech and luxury brands</li><li>Experience designing for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, decks)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and visual consistency</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience working with fintech, finance, crypto, or luxury brands</li><li>Familiarity with motion design or 3D animation</li><li>Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles</li><li>Experience working in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on global, high-impact fintech brands</li><li>Direct collaboration with founders and leadership</li><li>Creative ownership and influence over brand direction</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease share:<ul><li>Your portfolio (must include both 2D and 3D work)</li><li>A brief note on your experience and tools</li><li>Availability and preferred working arrangement</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
