Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong 3D design and modeling experience to help shape and scale Axys’ visual identity across products, marketing, and brand touchpoints. This role requires a designer who is equally comfortable with clean, minimal 2D design and immersive, high-impact 3D visuals.

You will work closely with founders, product teams, and marketing to translate complex financial concepts into refined, modern, and aspirational visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality 2D visual assets for digital channels (web, social, presentations, pitch decks, UI marketing assets)
• Create 3D models, renders, and visual concepts for products, cards, environments, and brand storytelling
• Develop visuals for product launches, campaigns, and brand announcements
• Maintain and evolve Axys’ brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands
• Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing, and product teams to ensure visual consistency
• Prepare production-ready assets for digital and print use
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high design standard

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with demonstrable 3D design/modeling work
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Ability to create clean, premium, and modern visuals suited for fintech and luxury brands
• Experience designing for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, decks)
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with fintech, finance, crypto, or luxury brands
• Familiarity with motion design or 3D animation
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Experience working in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
