Job Description:

Wellington Development is looking for an experienced Architect / Interior Designer with 4–5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Business Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and drawings
• Develop 3D designs and presentations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations
• Support project execution and site coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar software
• Good knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
