We are seeking an experienced Architect cum Designer with strong expertise in AutoCAD and advanced design software. The role involves preparing detailed architectural and interior design drawings for new construction and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, city codes, and required brand/image standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural & Design Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and site-related drawings for construction documentation using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Design Development: Develop design concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
• Technical Solutions: Provide effective technical and design solutions for construction and fit-out projects.
• Client Coordination: Meet with clients to review, coordinate, and finalize design drawings.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with ADA standards and UAE local authority regulations/building codes.
• Software Usage: Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other advanced visualization tools to create high-quality drawings and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency:
• Intermediate to advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
• Experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, 3D Studio VIZ is an advantage
• Design Skills: Strong drawing, 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation skills; hand sketching is a plus.
• Project Experience: Experience in retail, commercial, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) projects is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of ADA requirements, UAE building codes, and design documentation standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as an Architect
• Candidates must be experienced (freshers not considered)
• Language: Ability to speak Hindi is required.

Job Location

• Dubai, United Arab Emirates (In-person)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
