We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate Operations team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day business activities, ensure smooth administrative processes, and assist in managing client and internal coordination tasks.This role has been created in line with the company&rsquo;s recent expansion, and we are looking to urgently strengthen our Operations team with a capable and proactive professional.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Real Estate and Property Management team</li><li>Manage and update CRM/property management systems with accurate and timely data</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Prepare business correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents using Microsoft Office</li><li>Coordinate property listings, viewings, inspections, and leasing activities</li><li>Prepare tenancy contracts, renewals, and related documentation in line with UAE real estate practices</li><li>Track tenancy status, payments, rent reminders, and operational updates</li><li>Support tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and client communication</li><li>Liaise with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, leases, and property records (digital and physical)</li><li>Assist in preparing operational and leasing reports</li><li>Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure workflow efficiency</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role (real estate or property management preferred)</li><li>Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM or property management systems (mandatory)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Strong business email writing skills</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively</li><li>Arabic language skills will be considered a strong advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>1.
