We&rsquo;re looking for a talented and motivated Creative Content Manager to join our in-house team and lead creative development across content, events, and digital marketing.The Creative Content Manager will oversee the creative vision for client projects and in-house initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all platforms. This role combines strategic direction, hands-on content creation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can manage freelancers, direct photo/video shoots, and produce engaging digital assets that elevate our brand and event presence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the creative direction for brand campaigns, events, and content initiatives.</li><li>Interface with client</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and direct on-site content shoots including video, photo, and social media deliverables.</li><li>Serve as primary videographer and editor for in-house and client projects.</li><li>Manage and collaborate with freelance designers, photographers, and videographers.</li><li>Develop creative briefs, mood boards, and visual concepts aligned with client and brand objectives.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and account teams to ensure creative aligns with strategy and timelines.</li><li>Oversee consistency of visual identity across print, digital, and experiential platforms.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of professional creative experience, ideally within an agency, event, or lifestyle brand setting.</li><li>Proven ability to direct and produce high-quality video content and photography.</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).</li><li>Experience managing creative teams and external vendors.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>10 Vacation Days Annually</li><li>Matching 401K plan (after 6 months)</li><li>Partial Health Insurance (after one year)</li><li>Flexible Work Environment &ndash; 2 days remote</li><li>International Travel</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $56,000.00 - $61,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Philadelphia, PA 19123 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Philadelphia, PA 19123: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19123
