We are a boutique event and marketing agency known for creating immersive brand experiences that connect culinary, lifestyle, and sports audiences. Our portfolio includes nationally recognized events and premium brand partnerships. We’re looking for a talented and motivated Creative Content Manager to join our in-house team and lead creative development across content, events, and digital marketing.

The Creative Content Manager will oversee the creative vision for client projects and in-house initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all platforms. This role combines strategic direction, hands-on content creation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can manage freelancers, direct photo/video shoots, and produce engaging digital assets that elevate our brand and event presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for brand campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
  • Interface with client
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct on-site content shoots including video, photo, and social media deliverables.
  • Serve as primary videographer and editor for in-house and client projects.
  • Manage and collaborate with freelance designers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Develop creative briefs, mood boards, and visual concepts aligned with client and brand objectives.
  • Work closely with the marketing and account teams to ensure creative aligns with strategy and timelines.
  • Oversee consistency of visual identity across print, digital, and experiential platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional creative experience, ideally within an agency, event, or lifestyle brand setting.
  • Proven ability to direct and produce high-quality video content and photography.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience managing creative teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
