Senior Accounts Position: Senior Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant Department: Accounts &amp; Finance Reporting To: Finance Manager / ManagementKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Prepare and maintain financial statements, including P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Ledger reports.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer reconciliations.</li><li>Monitor bank transactions, prepare bank reconciliation statements, and maintain cash flow records.</li><li>Manage GST filings, TDS deductions, PF/ESI compliance, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.</li><li>Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents for accuracy before processing payments.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.</li><li>Maintain accurate accounting records using software (Tally/ERP/SAP etc.).</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights for budgeting and cost control.</li><li>Ensure timely payroll processing and maintain salary registers and statutory reports.</li><li>Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and MIS reporting.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>10+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.</li><li>Experience in managing end-to-end accounts independently is preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
