Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and attentive nursing care to patients undergoing Ayurvedic treatments and therapies.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and treatment procedures.
- Administer Ayurvedic medicines, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall health condition on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, treatment charts, and patient documentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety of patient rooms, wards, and treatment areas.
- Support patients during Panchakarma and other Ayurvedic procedures as per hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and attendants on treatment procedures, diet, and basic care instructions.
- Follow hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical nursing practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, housekeeping, and front office staff for smooth patient care.
- Attend duty on time, follow shift schedules, and respond promptly to patient needs.
- Report any changes in patient condition immediately to the concerned doctor or supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
- GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing or relevant nursing qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda treatments and willingness to learn Ayurvedic practices.
- Good communication skills and a patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle patients with care and empathy.
- Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
