Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in the Jumeirah area of Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced caf&eacute; environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.</li><li>Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the caf&eacute; and work area.</li><li>Operate coffee machines and related equipment efficiently.</li><li>Assist with inventory control and stock management.</li><li>Follow company policies, food safety, and health regulations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Barista is required.</li><li>Good knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and beverage presentation.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.</li><li>Positive attitude, professional appearance, and reliability.</li><li>Tagalog Speaker .</li><li>Experience in specialty coffee shops is an advantage.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed.Please share your portfolio, photos of your coffee creations, latte art samples, or any relevant work experience details through the Indeed chat/message box.Work Location: In person
