Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in the Jumeirah area of Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café and work area.
• Operate coffee machines and related equipment efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management.
• Follow company policies, food safety, and health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista is required.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and beverage presentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and reliability.
• Tagalog Speaker .
• Experience in specialty coffee shops is an advantage.
