Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in raising purchase requests and preparing purchase orders as per project requirements.</li><li>Source and negotiate with vendors for materials such as steel, fasteners, consumables, and erection accessories.</li><li>Coordinate with stores, design, and project teams to ensure material requirements are met on time.</li><li>Maintain and update the vendor database, price lists, and purchase records.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Verify invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs for accuracy and completeness before forwarding to accounts.</li><li>Track inventory levels and assist in material planning to avoid stock shortages or excess.</li><li>Support in obtaining quotations and comparative statements for management approval.</li><li>Handle logistics coordination for material movement between fabrication units and project sites.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Commerce / Business Administration / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction or fabrication industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.</li><li>Good understanding of vendor management and material flow.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
