Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our steel construction and PEB services, generate leads, build brand visibility, and support business growth through both online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business leads.

Promote company services (PEB buildings, warehouses, steel structures, etc.) to potential clients.

Handle digital marketing activities (social media, WhatsApp marketing, basic content posting).

Coordinate with sales and project teams for marketing requirements.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups when required.

Maintain a database of clients, leads, and marketing reports.

Assist in branding activities, event participation, exhibitions, and promotions.

Prepare basic marketing materials (brochures, presentations, posts) with the design team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate / diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in marketing (construction/real estate/industrial background is an advantage).

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital promotions.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Target-driven and self-motivated.
