Job Description:

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, playing a key role in client communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Explain legal services clearly and professionally
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Handle inbound queries with a courteous and helpful attitude
• Maintain records of calls and client details
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
• Positive attitude, patience, and confidence in dealing with clients
• Willingness to learn and grow within the firm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
