We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources who will go beyond traditional HR administration to design and implement impactful human resource development and leadership initiatives.This role is pivotal in shaping the Organization&rsquo;s people strategy&mdash;developing talent from within, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding best-in-class HR practices that enhance productivity, engagement, and organizational culture.Strategic Objective of the RoleThe primary objective of this role is to build in-house human capital and organizational leadership, ensuring the Organization is well-positioned for future growth, competitiveness, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Development &amp; Leadership Building<ul><li>Design and implement structured learning, development, and leadership programs.</li><li>Build a sustainable leadership pipeline through succession planning and talent identification.</li><li>Develop clear career paths, competency frameworks, and growth plans for employees.</li><li>Coach senior management and emerging leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness.</li></ul>HR Strategy &amp; Policy Framework<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Organization&rsquo;s long-term vision.</li><li>Establish and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Embed best-in-class HR practices to improve employee retention and performance.</li></ul>Employee Welfare &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Establish and manage employee welfare programs, including Gratuity and Provident Fund.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.</li><li>Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.</li></ul>Culture, Engagement &amp; Performance<ul><li>Drive a cultural transformation aligned with organizational values.</li><li>Enhance employee engagement, accountability, and performance excellence.</li><li>Foster a high-performance, values-driven, and inclusive work environment.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</li><li>Strong experience in HR development, leadership training, and succession planning.</li><li>Proven ability to lead cultural and organizational change.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employee welfare systems, and HR compliance.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strategic thinking and leadership mindset</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to influence senior stakeholders</li><li>Hands-on approach with strong execution capability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>4+ years&rsquo; experience in high-rise building maintenance</li><li>Hands-on experience in glass, aluminum, and fa&ccedil;ade works</li><li>Knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, sealants, and work-at-height safety</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate high-rise maintenance and fa&ccedil;ade activities</li><li>Inspect glass, aluminum, and building envelope systems and recommend repairs</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines</li><li>Prepare basic reports, measurements, and maintenance documentation</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and building management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Civil Engineer – High-Rise Maintenance

Role Purpose: Lead finance, commercial governance, cash flow and compliance for both the Construction/Development business and the Facilities Management company ensuring budgets are protected, contracts are commercially sound, collections are strong, and statutory/tax compliance is fully met.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Financial Leadership &amp; Reporting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly end close, and management/Board reporting with project- and contract-level performance dashboards i.e. (Project Budget Vs Actual, Quarterly cashflow requirement, Monthly bank Position, Over all Cash flow to complete requirement, Monthly Profit and Loss of the Project, Monthly Profit and Loss facility Management Company)</li><li>Cash Flow &amp; Treasury: Own monthly and project cash-flow planning and funding strategy to meet project execution requirements; enforce commitment control (no award/spend without budget and cash visibility).</li><li>Construction Contracts &amp; Budget Discipline: Jointly with the Chairman, evaluate and finalize subcontract awards ensuring alignment with approved budgets, BOQs, cost-to-complete.</li><li>Leasing &amp; Commercial Negotiation: Advise on leasing commercial aspect and actively negotiate key commercial/legal terms (rent, escalation, lock-in, security, CAM recovery, fit-out, default/termination protections) to protect yield and risk.</li><li>Collections &amp; Recovery: Lead billing discipline and recovery for tenants(rent/CAM/utilities) and property sales customers (installments/possession); drive reduction in overdue receivables and disputes.</li><li>Tax Planning &amp; FBR Compliance: Own tax planning and optimization within the law; ensure accurate withholding/ payroll compliance, filings and representation before Federal Board of Revenue.</li><li>Governance &amp; Controls: Implement SOPs, approval matrices, procurement and payment controls, internal audit readiness, and risk management across both companies.</li></ul>Advoc tasks and Reporting: Any other task, assignment by the Management.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
