Key Responsibilities1. Performance Management System (PMS)<ul><li>Assist in implementation and monitoring of the company&rsquo;s PMS</li><li>Coordinate goal setting, KPIs, and performance reviews</li><li>Maintain performance records and generate evaluation reports</li><li>Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles</li></ul>2. Recruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process</li><li>Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms</li><li>Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job criteria</li><li>Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates</li><li>Maintain candidate database for future hiring needs</li></ul>3. Shortlisting &amp; Candidate Management<ul><li>Evaluate applications and prepare shortlists for hiring managers</li><li>Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments</li><li>Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout hiring cycle</li></ul>4. HR Filing &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain proper employee records (physical &amp; digital)</li><li>Ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant</li><li>Manage employee files, contracts, and confidential records</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Assist in identifying training needs across departments</li><li>Coordinate internal and external training sessions</li><li>Maintain training records and track employee development</li><li>Support onboarding and orientation programs</li></ul>6. General HR Support<ul><li>Support HR policies implementation</li><li>Assist in employee engagement initiatives</li><li>Handle routine HR administrative tasks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant HR experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment and PMS</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / HR software</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition</li><li>Performance Management</li><li>Organizational &amp; Filing Skills</li><li>Communication &amp; Coordination</li><li>Training &amp; Development</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
