Main Responsibilities of a PRO in Oman<ul><li>Processing employment visas and visa renewals</li><li>Managing residence cards (ID cards) and labour cards</li><li>Handling work permits through the Ministry of Labour</li><li>Renewing company licenses and Commercial Registration (CR)</li><li>Liaising with government authorities such as:</li><li>Ministry of Labour</li><li>Royal Oman Police</li><li>Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion</li><li>Processing visa cancellations and employee exit procedures</li><li>Managing Omanisation compliance and documentation</li><li>Renewing company vehicles, permits, and other official records</li><li>Following up on government approvals and inspections.</li></ul>Simple Job DescriptionPosition: Public Relations Officer (PRO)Purpose: To represent the company with government authorities and ensure all company and employee documentation remains valid and compliant with Omani regulations.Requirements:<ul><li>Knowledge of Omani labour and immigration procedures</li><li>Experience using government portals (Invest Easy, Ministry of Labour, ROP systems)</li><li>Arabic and English communication skills</li><li>Valid Omani driving licence</li><li>Good organizational and follow-up skills.</li></ul>Pay: From RO325.000 per monthWork Location: Remote
