Main Responsibilities of a PRO in Oman
- Processing employment visas and visa renewals
- Managing residence cards (ID cards) and labour cards
- Handling work permits through the Ministry of Labour
- Renewing company licenses and Commercial Registration (CR)
- Liaising with government authorities such as:
- Ministry of Labour
- Royal Oman Police
- Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion
- Processing visa cancellations and employee exit procedures
- Managing Omanisation compliance and documentation
- Renewing company vehicles, permits, and other official records
- Following up on government approvals and inspections.

Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Purpose:
To represent the company with government authorities and ensure all company and employee documentation remains valid and compliant with Omani regulations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Omani labour and immigration procedures
- Experience using government portals (Invest Easy, Ministry of Labour, ROP systems)
- Arabic and English communication skills
- Valid Omani driving licence
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: From RO325.000 per month
