Key Responsibilities/ Job Description:API Strategy and Requirements Management<ul><li>Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for new and existing API features from various stakeholders, including product management, operations, and external partners.</li><li>Translate business needs into technical specifications, including API endpoints, request/response payloads, and authentication methods.</li></ul>Operational Analysis and Monitoring<ul><li>Monitor API performance and operational metrics to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Perform data analysis to investigate operational issues, track API usage, and measure the impact of new features.</li><li>Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into API health, usage, and performance for both technical and business audiences.</li></ul>Collaboration and Testing<ul><li>Act as the subject matter expert on travel industry workflows (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals) and how they function through APIs.</li><li>Work closely with development and Quality Assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure API solutions meet business requirements.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
