Key Responsibilities/ Job Description:

API Strategy and Requirements Management

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for new and existing API features from various stakeholders, including product management, operations, and external partners.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, including API endpoints, request/response payloads, and authentication methods.

Operational Analysis and Monitoring

• Monitor API performance and operational metrics to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform data analysis to investigate operational issues, track API usage, and measure the impact of new features.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into API health, usage, and performance for both technical and business audiences.

Collaboration and Testing

• Act as the subject matter expert on travel industry workflows (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals) and how they function through APIs.
• Work closely with development and Quality Assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure API solutions meet business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
