B2 Bistro + Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, quality beverage preparation, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.</li>
<li>Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail menus.</li>
<li>Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system.</li>
<li>Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and side work.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with servers, managers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations.</li>
<li>Assist with opening, closing, and inventory-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>
Previous bartending experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and guest service skills.</li>
<li>Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.</li>

Bartender

<div>B2 Bistro + Bar in North Brunswick, NJ is looking for one banquet server to join our 108 person strong team. We are located on 230 Washington Place. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. 
We are looking specifically for someone who has some weekday availability (Monday - Friday between 10am-6pm) as well as some weekend availability (preferably Saturdays). We are looking for some who has interest in training for other positions at our restaurant should the opportunity arise. 
Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Serving banquet guests in our private banquet spaces</li>
<li>Clean up &amp; reset banquet spaces prior &amp; after events</li>
</ul>
Qualifications<ul>
<li>
Previous experience working in a restaurant setting</li>
<li>Must be 18+</li>
