Bartender – B2 Bistro + Bar

B2 Bistro + Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, quality beverage preparation, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail menus.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and side work.
• Work collaboratively with servers, managers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
