Your expertise will support strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance efforts across the organization. This position offers opportunity for advancement.Duties<ul><li>Conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures such as employee orientation and training &amp; development programs.</li><li>Oversee benefits administration and payroll approval.</li><li>Administer human resources management functions including employee evaluation, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives to promote a high-performance culture.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment &amp; labor law regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements through diligent data collection and documentation.</li><li>Lead change management projects related to organization design, workforce management strategies.</li><li>Facilitate conflict management</li><li>Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies</li><li>Familiarity with benefits administration</li><li>Strong understanding of employment &amp; labor law compliance, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures., and affirmative action planning.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and concepts related to organization design and strategic workforce planning.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence positive change within the organization.
