Duties

• Conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures such as employee orientation and training & development programs.
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll approval.
• Administer human resources management functions including employee evaluation, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives to promote a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements through diligent data collection and documentation.
• Lead change management projects related to organization design, workforce management strategies.
• Facilitate conflict management
• Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies
• Familiarity with benefits administration
• Strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures., and affirmative action planning.
• Proficiency in project management tools and concepts related to organization design and strategic workforce planning.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
