As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated Spray Foam Crew Leader to lead installation projects and contribute to our mission of excellence in building performance.Job SummaryThe Spray Foam Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing the preparation and installation of spray foam insulation in both residential and commercial settings. This hands-on leadership role involves managing job site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and mentoring crew members. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or trades, strong technical skills, and a passion for building energy-efficient environments.Key Responsibilities Installation &amp; Application<ul><li>Install spray foam insulation in compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.</li><li>Prepare job sites by masking off windows, doors, flooring, and other areas to protect from overspray.</li><li>Operate spray equipment, airless sprayers, compressors, and other power tools safely and effectively.</li></ul>Site Leadership<ul><li>Lead a small team of installers, providing direction, training, and quality oversight.</li><li>Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure proper application and client satisfaction.</li><li>Estimate and report material usage and contribute to job planning with supervisors.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Quality<ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite at all times.</li><li>Uphold OSHA 30 and company safety policies, including PPE use and confined space protocols.</li><li>Identify and address issues related to air sealing, mold, or mild environmental hazards.</li></ul>Customer Interaction<ul><li>Represent B. Alpha Construction with professionalism on every job.</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors about job progress, expectations, and any site-related concerns.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in spray foam closed cell (2 part foam/Insulation). High pressure.</li><li>Familiarity with airless paint spraying and power tool usage.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience working in residential &amp; Commercial attics, basements, and crawl spaces.</li></ul>Required Certifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (Highly Required).</li><li>OSHA 10 certification (Required).</li><li>OSHA 30 certification (Preferred).</li><li>Basic Air Sealing and Insulation skills (Preferred).</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly in English (oral and written skills preferred).</li></ul>Physical Demands<ul><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds while navigating stairs and uneven surfaces.</li><li>Comfortable working in hot/cold conditions, confined spaces (&lt;2 ft), and heights over 10 feet using ladders, scaffolding, or rooftops.</li><li>Must be able to work in dusty or mildly contaminated environments (mold/mildew present).</li><li>Regular use of hand and power tools including hammers, utility knives, tape measures, and circular saws.</li></ul>Why Join B.
