B&amp;C Care system Inc. services Veterans (VA) , Medicaid patients, and self pay clients.We are committed to hiring excellent care givers who can meet the needs of our patients.B&amp;C Care System Inc. is seeking an attentive and trustworthy Male/ Female Personal Care Assistant that can work a fixed schedule. This position requires someone who is able to travel between clients when needed. As a PCA you may be asked to see more than one client a day. B&amp;C Care System Inc. interested applicants should be patient, communicative, reliable, have strong interpersonal skills, willing to learn, and be committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable.Qualifications:<ul><li>TB test (annually)</li><li>Ability to pass a drug test</li><li>Ability to pass NC Health Care Personnel Registry check</li><li>Ability to pass Criminal background check</li><li>Strong Interpersonal skills</li><li>Communicative/ Able to inform office staff of any issues</li><li>Ability to lift more than 30 lbs (if required for client)</li><li>Reliable</li><li>Flexible</li><li>Work weekends (when needed)</li><li>Ability to travel between clients</li><li>Ability to travel between cities</li><li>Comfortable working in a home base setting</li></ul>Duties:<ul><li>Provide services in accordance with the patients plan of care.</li><li>Provide for the personal needs and comfort of the patient</li><li>Offer compassionate care/companionship to the patient</li><li>Limited help with prescribed exercises</li><li>Assistance with ADL and IADL</li><li>Assist with ambulation ( transferring client )</li><li>Assist with self-medications (reminding client to take their medication)</li><li>Performs Light household duties</li><li>Meal preparation</li></ul>Why B&amp; C Care System Inc.:<ul><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Flexible hours (when requested)</li><li>Great Company Culture</li><li>Salary Range: $12-$17/hr (depending on experience and availability)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
