We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector, with strong expertise in the Dubai off-plan market, as well as the Sharjah real estate.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies</li><li>Handle high-level client negotiations and close deals</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of current market trends in Dubai and Sharjah</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients</li><li>Monitor and report on team performance, pipeline, and KPIs</li><li>Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory bodies</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry in Dubai.</li><li>5-7 Years of Experience in Dubai off-plan and secondary property markets</li><li>Experience working in or with Sharjah's real estate sector</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>UAE driving license preferred</li><li>Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is also mandatory.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + attractive commission structure</li><li>Opportunity to work with a reputed real estate firm</li><li>Professional and growth-oriented work environment</li><li>Supportive marketing and lead generation systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Real Estate Sales Manager

E-commerce Management<ul><li>Develop and execute the company&rsquo;s e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.</li><li>Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce).</li><li>Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.</li><li>Optimize the customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to maximize conversion rates.</li><li>Monitor performance analytics and provide actionable insights for growth.</li><li>Identify and implement new online sales channels and partnerships.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Branding<ul><li>Plan and lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.</li><li>Manage SEO/SEM, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and content creation.</li><li>Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.</li><li>Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer behavior.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce and marketing professionals.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies.</li><li>Manage budgets, forecast sales, and deliver regular performance reports to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce and marketing leadership roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of online retail platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Experience in F&amp;B / Coffee / Retail industry is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-commerce Management: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Retail and F&amp;B: 2 years (Required)</li><li>SEO and Analytics: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
