E-commerce Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces. The role involves order processing, inventory management, vendor account handling, and reporting to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily order processing across all e-commerce platforms

Manage Amazon Vendor account, including:

Accepting Purchase Orders (POs)

Managing delivery appointments

Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams

Manage and operate Noon seller/vendor account

Process and fulfill Shopify orders accurately and on time

Monitor, manage, and update inventory levels across all channels

Create Purchase Orders (POs) in the internal system

Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and reconciliation statements

Track order status, deliveries, and resolve operational issues

Ensure system data accuracy for orders, inventory, and pricing

Coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock-outs and delays

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Noon, Shopify)

Strong understanding of order fulfillment and inventory management

Ability to manage vendor portals and dashboards

Good analytical and reporting skills

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and time management skills
