Job Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Servers and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and a passion for service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Clover, and deliver orders promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations, dining spaces, and service stations, following sanitation standards.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques.</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.</li><li>Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; certification in responsible alcohol service is advantageous.</li><li>We&rsquo;re committed to fostering a positive work environment that supports your growth in hospitality while delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.</li></ul>Pay: $2.15 - $5.00 per hourWork Location: In person
