Server and Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Clover, and deliver orders promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations, dining spaces, and service stations, following sanitation standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; certification in responsible alcohol service is advantageous.

Pay: $2.15 - $5.00 per hour
