Job Summary:The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing baby products and supplies to ensure the store is always stocked with high-quality, safe, and market-relevant items. This role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and an understanding of baby retail trends to balance cost efficiency with product quality.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inventory &amp; Stock Management</li><li>Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to avoid overstocking or stockouts.</li><li>Coordinate with the store manager/warehouse team to forecast product demand based on sales trends and seasonal requirements.</li><li>Implement reorder levels and ensure timely replenishment.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Quality Management</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance regularly (pricing, product quality, delivery timelines).</li><li>Resolve disputes, defective product issues, or delivery delays promptly.</li><li>Ensure all purchased items meet baby safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance</li><li>Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.</li><li>Maintain proper procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Work with finance for timely supplier payments and reconciliation.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>Freshers also welcome</li><li>Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
