Bachand Group is a growing property management company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our residential and/or commercial properties. Position can be full time or part time.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Clean and prepare apartments/units for new tenants (turnovers)</li><li>Perform routine cleaning of common areas (hallways, lobbies, offices)</li><li>Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces</li><li>Trash removal and restocking supplies</li><li>Report maintenance issues or damages to management</li><li>Follow company standards for cleanliness and safety</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable transportation and punctuality</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks</li><li>Valid drivers license with a clean driving record</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth within the company</li></ul>If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Work Location: In person
