Full Time Cleaner

Bachand Group is a growing property management company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our residential and/or commercial properties. Position can be full time or part time.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare apartments/units for new tenants (turnovers)
• Perform routine cleaning of common areas (hallways, lobbies, offices)
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Trash removal and restocking supplies
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management
• Follow company standards for cleanliness and safety

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
