Whether working at a lively nightclub or a refined dining setting, you&rsquo;ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering top-tier customer service while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, adhering to all safety and quality standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and swiftly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy.</li><li>Assist in food service operations when needed, including serving food items during banquets or catering events.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs proactively to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such asToast is essential for efficient order processing.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and accurate billing.</li><li>Experience with serving at large events like banquets or catering is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for daily operations.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or restaurants.
