As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating flow. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with enthusiasm and genuine warmth, establishing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations efficiently ensuring accurate seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the service team to seat guests in a timely manner, balancing table availability and guest preferences.
• Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about wait times, reservations, and menu options with clear communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of guest service.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and escalating issues when necessary.
• Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with team members to ensure smooth flow during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or hospitality environments is required.
• Familiarity with restaurant systems such as Toast POS or OpenTable reservations is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for engaging with guests effectively.
• Experience in hotel or guest services can be beneficial, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse customer needs.
• A background in serving or hospitality roles highlights your understanding of guest relations and guest-centered service.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
