We are currently seeking a Multi-Unit Catering Manager to join the Bad Brad&rsquo;s team. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations across six locations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Consult with guests to plan menus, provide quotes, and manage order requirements.</li><li>Manage catering communications via phone, text, email, and support chat (Monday&ndash;Friday, 9AM &ndash; 6 PM).</li><li>Coordinate with front and back-of-house managers regarding order details, special requests, and logistics.</li><li>Import and monitor online orders, including EZ Cater.</li><li>Oversee catering staff assignments and ensure all balances are paid prior to events.</li><li>Attend events as needed and manage last-minute requests or emergencies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and advanced customer service abilities.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of food items, preparation, and allergy protocols.</li><li>Proficiency with computers and catering software.</li><li>A positive attitude and a dependable work history.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Remote work environment.</li><li>Standard hours: 9 AM &ndash; 5 PM (slow season) or 9 AM &ndash; 6 PM (busy season) with weekends off.</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Strong upper management support.</li><li>Partial employer-paid health insurance, with optional dental and vision.</li><li>401(k) with up to a 4% company match after one year.</li></ul>If you are interested in this position, please apply with your resume and contact information.Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,500.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
