Badger Laboratories, Inc. - Neenah, WI. has an opening for a full time Executive Assistant &amp; Accounting Clerk at our Neenah Headquarters.Job Duties include:<ul><li>Generating and posting invoices or other financial transactions using Quickbooks Online and internal LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)</li><li>Receiving and recording incoming checks</li><li>Monitor and reconcile AR transactions</li><li>Communicating with clients and vendors</li><li>Resolve past due accounts</li><li>Back up for incoming phone calls</li><li>Maintaining financial filing system</li><li>Assist ownership/management on various administrative duties</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 10+ years in an Administrative &amp; Accounting position preferred</li><li>Associates or higher degree in Accounting or Professional Administration preferred but not necessary if experience applies</li><li>QuickBooks Online Experience</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Must be reliable, trustworthy: Maintain confidential information</li><li>Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe</li></ul>Thank you for your interest in our company.
