This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the food service industry while providing top-tier customer experiences.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity</li><li>Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed</li><li>Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous</li><li>Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential</li><li>Prior host/hostess or serving experience enhances your ability to excel in this role</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry where your enthusiasm and dedication make every guest&rsquo;s experience extraordinary.
