Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential
• Prior host/hostess or serving experience enhances your ability to excel in this role
