The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and a talent for building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the property transaction process, from initial consultation to final closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities  <ul><li>Actively source new sales opportunities through networking, client referrals, and marketing initiatives to expand our client base.</li><li>Provide expert guidance to sellers and buyers on marketing strategies, property values, and purchasing options.</li><li>Conduct detailed market analysis to determine competitive property valuations and advise clients accordingly.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from showcasing properties and consulting with clients to negotiating terms and preparing sales agreements.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive database of available properties and ensure all listings are accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure they are well-informed.</li><li>Collaborate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.</li><li>Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills  <ul><li>A strong track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A self-motivated and independent worker with a strong team ethic.</li><li>High levels of integrity and a commitment to professional conduct.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the local property market is highly advantageous.</li><li>A valid Omani driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.</li></ul>
