As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth coordination between accounts, inventory, and operations.&#11835;Job Summary:The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including handling invoices, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, monitoring payments, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to synchronize financial data across departments.&#11835;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including daily sales, purchases, and expenses.</li><li>Track and reconcile supplier invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.</li><li>Oversee inventory-related accounting &mdash; ensure all inward and outward stock entries are reflected in the system.</li><li>Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliation reports.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Coordinate with the kitchen, store, and management teams to ensure accurate cost control and inventory valuation.</li><li>Maintain and update accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth synchronization between departments.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with taxation, GST filings, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,298.97 - &#8377;30,963.62 per monthWork Location: In person
