Baimudan is a specialty café focused on premium teas, coffees, and artisanal food experiences. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth coordination between accounts, inventory, and operations.

Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including handling invoices, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, monitoring payments, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to synchronize financial data across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Track and reconcile supplier invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
• Oversee inventory-related accounting — ensure all inward and outward stock entries are reflected in the system.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliation reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, store, and management teams to ensure accurate cost control and inventory valuation.
• Maintain and update accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth synchronization between departments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, GST filings, and statutory regulations.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.

Pay: ₹8,298.97 - ₹30,963.62 per month
