KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects.<ul><li>Prepare layouts for plumbing and drainage for a variety of projects.</li><li>Develop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects.</li><li>Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.</li><li>Collaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings.</li><li>Update existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope.</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:- Minimum 2 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a &#65279;&#65279;&#65279;Contracting company-Experience is needed, especially in the GCC.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. &#65279;&#65279;-Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.-&#65279;&#65279;&#65279;&#65279;Proficiency in using AutoCAD software-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications-Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings-Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Hail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2year: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>

Plumbing Drafsman

<ul><li>Prepare lighting, Power, &amp;, fire alarm shop drawings.</li><li>Prepare ELV drawings (CCTV public address, telephone &amp; data)</li><li>Prepare DB schedule for lighting, power, and emergency lighting.</li><li>Prepare a single-line diagram for the above services.</li><li>Prepare electrical rooms and sub-station drawings.</li><li>Calculate trunk and cable tray sizes &amp; Conduits</li><li>Ensure the electrical design drawings are as per the latest Architectural and structural design drawings.</li><li>Prepare typically detailed drawings as per the approved material standard and codes.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Electrical Draftsman: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>2year: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
