We are looking for a proactive Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth functioning of the supply chain.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.</li><li>Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies.</li><li>Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions.</li><li>Perform regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of all items.</li><li>Maintain updated stock records in the system (ERP/software).</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols in the store area.</li><li>Assist in inventory forecasting and procurement planning.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;4 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.</li><li>Exp. working with Hospitality / Hotel / F&amp;B is preferred.</li><li>Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.</li><li>Knowledge of storekeeping procedures, stock management &amp; documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Excel, and inventory software.</li><li>Good communication, coordination and multi tasking skills.</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply directly through Indeed or share their resume at: mumbai.hr@balajihospitality.in / geeta.bhoite@balajihospitality.in OR contact on 8850502837.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience working in QSR or Restaurant or Hotel (Hospitality Business)?</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 31/12/2025
