We are looking for a proactive Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth functioning of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of all items.
- Maintain updated stock records in the system (ERP/software).
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols in the store area.
- Assist in inventory forecasting and procurement planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
- Exp. working with Hospitality / Hotel / F&B is preferred.
- Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Knowledge of storekeeping procedures, stock management & documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, and inventory software.
- Good communication, coordination and multi tasking skills.
