We are looking for a proactive Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth functioning of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions.
  • Perform regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of all items.
  • Maintain updated stock records in the system (ERP/software).
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols in the store area.
  • Assist in inventory forecasting and procurement planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
  • Exp. working with Hospitality / Hotel / F&B is preferred.
  • Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of storekeeping procedures, stock management & documentation.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, and inventory software.
  • Good communication, coordination and multi tasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
