You&rsquo;ll work collaboratively with our therapy staff and maintain timely, thorough documentation.This is not a supervised or transitional role. We are looking for a clinician who is ready to practice with full autonomy and wants to build a stable, values-aligned panel.Core responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult patients</li><li>Provide hybrid care &mdash; in-person in Concord, NH, and telehealth</li><li>Order and interpret relevant laboratory and diagnostic studies</li><li>Collaborate with in-house therapists and make referrals as clinically appropriate</li><li>Complete documentation within 24 hours of each encounter</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Licensed PMHNP with active NH licensure (or ability to obtain)</li><li>DEA registration, current or eligible</li><li>Comfortable working with adults across a range of presentations &mdash; mood, anxiety, ADHD, trauma</li><li>Culturally humble and affirming with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent patients</li><li>Self-directed, organized, and committed to documentation timeliness</li><li>2+ years of PMHNP clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical training considered</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsCompensation is W-2 and commission-based.
