Head of Private EquityThe Head of Private Equity will lead the firm&rsquo;s private equity investment strategy, oversee deal sourcing and execution, manage portfolio performance, and guide a team of investment professionals. The role is responsible for identifying attractive investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring transactions, and driving value creation across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Define and execute the private equity investment strategy aligned with firm objectives.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and lead new investment opportunities across sectors and geographies.</li><li>Perform financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential investments.</li><li>Negotiate and execute transactions, including acquisitions, minority investments, and exits.</li><li>Oversee portfolio companies and monitor performance, risk, and value creation initiatives.</li><li>Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, founders, management teams, advisors, and investors.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the private equity team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>15+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or principal investing.</li><li>Strong track record of sourcing, executing, and exiting investments successfully.</li><li>Deep understanding of valuation, deal structuring, financial modeling, and portfolio management.</li><li>Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification is often preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract, Internship, New grad Contract length: 12 monthsPay: BD13.000 - BD23.000 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekWork Location: In person
