Viral Content Execution<ul><li>Work directly with Founder to film, script, and package high-performing talking videos</li><li>Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, and Pinterest</li><li>Collaborate with overseas editor to create multiple hook variations</li><li>Repurpose organic viral content into paid ad creative</li><li>Track performance weekly and optimize for growth</li><li>Manage and drive content creation: photoshoots and videoshoots</li></ul>KPI: Views, Saves, Shares, Revenue from Content2. Influencer Program Launch &amp; Growth<ul><li>Build and manage our affiliate influencer program</li><li>Identify micro + mid-tier creators aligned with elevated resort luxury</li><li>Manage outreach, contracts, tracking links, and reporting</li><li>Turn top-performing influencers into long-term ambassadors</li></ul>KPI: Influencer-generated revenue + content output3.
