Our doctors have been working together for over 7 years, and we are looking for another long-term doctor to join our team.Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and personable General Dentist with at least 3+ years of clinical experience (5+ years strongly preferred). The ideal candidate has excellent clinical skills, a patient-first philosophy, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with patients.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school</li><li>Active Washington State dental license in good standing</li><li>3+ years minimum experience in general dentistry (5+ years encouraged)</li><li>Strong clinical proficiency across a wide range of procedures</li><li>Exceptional communication and patient-service skills</li><li>Commitment to maintaining our 5.0-star reputation through excellent care and patient experience</li><li>Desire for a long-term career home within our practices</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Very competitive compensation (32.5% collection)</li><li>Mentorship and collaboration in a supportive, team-focused environment</li><li>Modern operatories and up-to-date technology.
